The Campaign motto is: We Care Enough to Help Keep Your Neighborhood Safe


The Campaign is seeking to team up with one automobile Dealer in an exclusive territorial area to be the sole Campaign Headquarters.

 

THE PROFIT BENEFITS TO THE DEALER ARE MANY:

 

The objective is to increase profits by participating as the area Campaign Headquarters: Profits are Increased by:

Higher profits due to referred clients rather than walk-in or advertising generated traffic

THE WE CARE SUPPORT PACKAGE INCLUDES:

The We Care Support Kit, a collections of ”Thank You”  and encouragement items that can be printed, signed, and/or messaged, and presented personally to 1st Responders. These items can be printed from any computer printer in the world, and printed in either black and white or color. Each printed item is pre-tagged with Campaign Headquarters Dealer Principal or General Manager’s name and Dealership information.

 

THE WE CARE SUPPORT KIT IS A PDF PRINTABLE FILE THAT CONTAINS:


1. 10 printed business cards:
(Cards are formatted and can be printed on Avery perforated card stock and easily separated. Prospects can get the Avery card stock at any office supply store and share the cost with others if desired.) The cards can also be printed on “card stock” and separated with a common scissors.

2. Letter size Certificates of Appreciation suitable for framing for presentation to 1st Responder.

(Certificate is more effective if signed or messaged in prospect’s own handwriting)

3. Printable Certificate of Appreciation suitable for framing to “Thankful Resident” signed by Dealer Principal and WE CARE CAMPAIGN President

4. Scalable vehicle or home or business window signs

5. Special bulletins to be printed and distributed by Thankful Resident, directing viewers to Special customized Dealer Website.
(Bulletin is intended to be displayed everywhere; schools, churches, civic organization facilities, restaurants, barber and beauty shops, etc.)  Bulletins are scheduled seasonally for continued updating and have space for special employee code or business card. Bulletin is especially designed to be effective for employee incentive campaign.

 

ADDITION FEATURES:

 

6.     1000 printed double sided business cards with the dealer business cards on reverse (Prospects can come to showroom and pick up a supply of “Thank You” cards. Especially effective if double sided with Dealer info on reverse)

 

7.     Permanent listing in the “Special Thanks” section of the national We Care Campaign website.

 

8.     Monthly custom written press release sent to all whose email addresses are supplied by the Dealer

 

9.     Special USPS mailed letter to local police authorities announcing the Campaign and requesting special police patrolling throughout the year.

 

10. Detailed Dealer incentive campaign designed to encourage employees and customers to help distribute the We Care Campaign Support Kit. (request more information)

 

11. Special included custom website for the dealer to accumulate thankful citizens contact information, i.e. name and email address and other information as needed for delivery of the We Care Support Kit. A special license can be issued for the campaign to be delivered from the Dealer website. However the We Care Campaign is a “cookie cutter” campaign designed to be up and running within 5 to 7 working days. Involvement with other suppliers usually delays the Campaign implementation.

 

12. Special “Thank You” page in the WCCI supplied website featuring Dealer principal with the links to the Dealer website, Dealer ebook, and We Care Support Kit download link. (See sample)

 

13. An especially written Dealer personal ebook can be included at additional cost. Dealer provided local advertising can help defray any costs. OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY OF THE WE CARE SUPPORT KIT TO PROSPECTS

1. Delivery from the customized Dealer website

3. Delivered by email to the phone is collecting new email data

4. Printed kit delivered to walk-ins

 

OPTIONAL BUT SUGGESTED EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE CAMPAIGN

Suggested Employee Incentive Campaign is a quarterly campaign designed to get employees involved in actively promoting company and product loyalty. The afore-mention bulletins are designed to be displayed everywhere including employee’s social media. As described above, employees are encouraged to help get the special bulleting out to the public.

 

Suggestion: Each three months employees are offered a $500 prize for the employee who posts the most bulletins. A second prize of $250 is suggested, and a 3rd prize of $125 is offered. Total employee incentive campaign as described is $3500. As the bulletins contain a space for a special code or business card, an equitable “Bird Dog” prize can also be offered. Campaign management is simple as only the employees claiming most bulletins posted must be trusted or verified. The employee posting a bulletin simply takes a photo of the posted bulletin. Any “Bird Dog” paid is verified by the buyers identifying the employee’s special coded identifier. WCSI supplies all needed forms and telephone support.

 

SPECIAL NOTE

Except for additional features, ebook, employee incentive campaign, and others requested by the Dealer, the campaign cost is $895 per month, first and last two months as a deposit. As in most incentive campaigns, except for the initial costs, the remaining costs are usually covered by increased profits. The We Care Campaign profit results may well be covered by decreased advertising expenditures and are traceable for profit production analysis.
