The thank you page delivers a special message from the Dealer Principal, a link to the downloadable PDF Neighbors Care Campaign Support Kit, the Dealer Principal Ebook and a link to the Dealership website. A special linkable image can be created to post the Campaign and Dealership relationship on the Dealer website.


6. BUILD EMAIL MAILING LIST
We collect email names and addresses from those seeking to download the free Support Kit

7.  SPECIAL LOGO
We integrate the Campaign logo with Dealer identification

DEALER IDENTIFICATION KIT INCLUDING WINDOW SIGNS AND BUSINESS CARDS
We provide special Dealership premises Campaign identification elements; posters, banners, bulletins ,and Dealership business cards


9.  SPECIAL NOTIFICATION TO POLICE IN DEALER LOCALE
We deliver a special USPS letter to appropriate Police, Sheriffs, and other pertinent associations announcing the Campaign and Dealer team up

We provide a special wood grained framed Certificate of Appreciation for display in Dealership


11.  EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PROGRAM
We inaugurate and manage a special Dealership employee incentive campaign designed to encourage employee participation in Campaign activities.

As an award for employee Campaign participation we may be able to trade cruise space for cruise line sponsorship in selected Dealership exposure elements.

13.  REVISE SUPPORT KIT TO REFLECT DEALER


14.  POSSIBLE NO ADDITIONAL COST
We predict that entire program will eventually decrease advertising budget enough to cover Campaign costs

15.  COST
Initial Campaign cost is $995 per month, 1st and last 2 months deposit in advance. ($2,985) The campaign is targeted to last for 12 months. Ebook and other expenses added by the Dealer are additional. 50% of the initial deposit on initial agreement 50% due after Dealer review and approved complete set up


16. GOOD FAITH REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
If  Dealer is not comfortable with an immediate contract, we reserve the exclusive territory for 15 days while the Dealer does his due diligence if the Campaign is approved, the deposit will be deducted from the initial deposit. If the Campaign is not approved the Good Faith Deposit will be returned within 30 days.

EMPLOYEE INSTRUCTION BOOK
A PDF book outlining the goals of the Dealership campaign and hints as to how to participate can be created.

19.  ON CALL CONSULTATION
50 hours of included telephone consultation is included. Additional time is $200 per hour


20.  PRESS RELEASES.
Monthly Press Releases will be emailed to all whose names and Email addresses have be supplied by Dealer, i.e. news outlets, schools, churched, civic organizations, etc.
